I left Brandon an email on the website, was emailed back within 2 hours of contact with a same day visit - he had all the parts needed in the truck with him, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot with a 2nd hand part - (with the dishwasher being over 10 years old) this was fantastic - not having to pay for a brand new part (difference of $100 odd dollars) was brilliant, and was just what was needed. Brandon was very friendly, really knew what he was talking about and also happy to explain what he was doing and what we paid was well under what was expected - especially with an evening visit. We were very impressed and would highly recommend. A highly professional job. You won't go wrong using this company.
